The format is [width]x[height], for example: 1920x1080. The image quality option only works on a few image formats such as JPG, WEBP or AVIF. The value ranges from 1 (lowest image quality and highest compression) to 100 (best quality but least effective compression). If this value is blank, the converter will use the estimated quality of your input image if it can be determined, otherwise 92. The target image format can be JPG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, HEIC, BMP, PS, PSD, WEBP, TGA, DDS, EXR, J2K, PNM, SVG, etc.

DNG vs DIB:
Name DNG DIB
Full name Digital Negative Microsoft Windows Device Independent Bitmap
File extension .dng .bmp, .dib
MIME image/x-adobe-dng image/bmp, image/x-bmp
Developed by Adobe Systems Microsoft
Type of format Raw image format Raster graphics
Introduction Digital Negative (DNG) is a patented, open lossless raw image format written by Adobe used for digital photography. All Adobe photo manipulation software (such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom) released since the launch supports DNG. DNG is based on the TIFF/EP standard format, and mandates significant use of metadata. Use of the file format is royalty-free. The BMP file format, also known as bitmap image file or device independent bitmap (DIB) file format or simply a bitmap, is a raster graphics image file format used to store bitmap digital images, independently of the display device, especially on Microsoft Windows and OS/2 operating systems.
Technical details A DNG file always contains data for one main image, plus metadata, and optionally contains at least one JPEG preview. It normally has the extension "dng" or "DNG". DNG conforms to TIFF/EP and is structured according to TIFF. DNG supports various formats of metadata, (including Exif metadata, XMP metadata, IPTC metadata), and specifies a set of mandated metadata. The bitmap image file consists of fixed-size structures as well as variable-size structures appearing in a predetermined sequence. Many different versions of some of these structures can appear in the file, due to the long evolution of this file format.
