Steps:

1. Click "Choose Files" button to select multiple files on your computer. You can also click the dropdown button to choose online file from URL, Google Drive or Dropbox. A target format can only be converted from certain document formats. For example: It can convert DOC to DOCX, but it can't convert DOC to XLSX.

2. Choose a target document format. The target document format can be PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, HTML, TXT, CSV, RTF, ODT, ODS, ODP, XPS or OXPS. When choosing a target format, it will list what source formats can be converted to the target format.

3. Click "Convert Now!" button to start conversion. The output files will be listed in the "Conversion Results" section. Click icon to show file QR code or save file to online storage services such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

Technical details Microsoft Project is part of the Microsoft Office family but has never been included in any of the Office suites. It is available currently in two editions, Standard and Professional. Microsoft Project's proprietary file format is .mpp. An XPS file is a ZIP archive using the Open Packaging Conventions, containing the files which make up the document. These include an XML markup file for each page, text, embedded fonts, raster images, 2D vector graphics, as well as the digital rights management information. The contents of an XPS file can be examined by opening it in an application which supports ZIP files.
